This Privacy Policy is incorporated into the Kiwiclean Holdings Ltd User Agreement by reference and by accessing the Site you accept the terms of this Policy.  Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as used in the User Agreement.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our services change and expand.  If we update this Privacy Policy, we will post the revised Privacy Policy on the Site.  Such revised policy will be effective 21 days from the date of posting.  It is therefore important that you review this Privacy Policy periodically and at least every 21 days.

In the course of using the Site, we automatically track certain information including your IP address, what browser you are using and the URL you just came from.

We reserve the right to use IP addresses to identify a User when we, in our sole discretion, determine that it is necessary to enforce compliance with our User Agreement or to protect the Site.

We may, in the future, include other optional requests for information from you so that we may tailor the Site and deliver personalised information to you.

We may use your email address, and in some situations your mailing address, phone or fax number (where available), to contact you when necessary.

In addition to the above, we may use information that specifically identifies you ("Personal Information") for our own internal purposes including contacting you via email to inform you about updates to our services if you have asked to receive such emails.

We reserve the right to disclose your information as required by law.

We may also disclose Personal Information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating our User Agreement or may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) our or other User's rights or property.

We recognize that some of the information we hold about you will change from time to time.  You can change information that you have previously provided to us by notifying us of any change.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of any other websites to which we link or from which we are linked.  We encourage you to read the posted privacy statement whenever interacting with any website.

We will use commercially reasonable methods to keep Personal Information securely in our files and systems.  Please note that with current technology, we cannot guarantee the security of your data as it travels over the Internet.
