Our process for bringing new franchisees on board is as open and informative
as possible. Following is a summary of our Franchisee selection
process:

Initial Enquiry - Immediately upon making first
contact with us, you will be provided with a Confidentiality Deed,
and Franchise Enquiry Form by email or other preferred method. On
receipt of these you will be sent a Franchise Prospectus. |

Written Application - You complete and return relevant
documents, including CV and character references. |
3. |
Initial Meeting - An initial meeting will be arranged
which will give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may
have about the business and so that we can meet with you face to
face. |
4. |
Franchise Agreement - If at this point there is
a mutual desire to continue with the process, we will provide you
with a 'Franchise Agreement' which fully details all ongoing fees
and mutual obligations. |
5. |
Second meeting - After obtaining advice from your
own legal, business and accounting advisors, a second meeting will
be organised to endorse the Franchise Agreement, pay deposits and
discuss time scales. |
6. |
Franchise Development - Cleaning Unit production
is started, safety/cleaning equipment ordered, franchise is registered
and insurances arranged. |
7. |
Begin local marketing initiatives - As we near the
launch date of your new Franchise, local marketing initiatives commence. |
8. |
Comprehensive training begins - Just prior to starting
your own Kiwiclean Franchise, you will commence one week administrative
and practical hands-on training. |
9. |
Franchise is Operational - With our continued support,
you begin the exciting journey of running your very own Kiwiclean
Franchise! |
